Saturday, July 16, 2011 - Been waiting for the right time, and meal, to try this one. This at least double the price I would normally go for a Sauvignon Blanc so I was expecting something nice. It did not disappoint! Pretty nose of pear, light citrus and cut flowers. A fine mineral component dominated the palate along with honey and a little citrus. The bottom of the bottle came too quickly.
