Tuesday, July 31, 2012 - Still disappointingly goopy and simple. The last glass (poured after the bottle had been open for four days) was the best, with less heat on the nose and a more balanced palate. I've opened several of these over the past year and none have been especially memorable - but I think I'll stash my last couple of bottles someplace way back in the cellar and hope for better things in the future.
