Sunday, February 10, 2013 - This is why I drink Barolo. One hour decant, plus 30 mins to 45 in the glass before commenting. Strong structure. Dry, but such a beautiful fruit on the finish. Absolutely delicious. With Veal Saltimbocca and lemon butter gnocchi.
