Thursday, February 28, 2013 - Decanted 4 hrs on night one and poured a taste. Double decanted and saved in cellar under cork for night 2. First night was tart, tight and tannic. Night 2 it blossomed into a great bottle of wine. Ripe blackberry, iron, smoked bacon and blood. Palate picked up weight and texture was dense. Lingering dark red fruit with a tart long finish. Paired with Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad and it was killer. Unreal QPR!
