Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, April 28, 2015 - This didn't show well for the first couple of hours. It was very disjointed. However, like the 2012 bottles I've recently drunk, the elements started to integrate nicely and this ended up being a great bottle. Even better the second day. Once it had hit its stride, there were jubey red berries, cherry pit, orange zest, herbs and some earthy notes. As others have noted, this may not be the most complex or concentrated wine, but it's very tasty. Slow ox for a couple of hours before drinking!
