Friday, September 2, 2011 - Low R/S, balanced acidity, spritzy, melon, peach, kiwi, pear (but not sauv blanc-like). Served moderately chilled (below cellar temp). This is a nice pleasant refreshing white wine with some backbone to handle fish/poultry pairings with cream and butter sauces/sautes, etc.
