Friday, December 26, 2014 - Lots of spice to the nose. Five spice and clove. Some light tropical banana, circus peanut. Excellent and fresh, no nutty. Electric nose. With 5 hours of air, this just keeps on getting better. Evolves into more potential.
Day 2. More cream than clove on the nose today. Palate goes the extra mile. Exceptional acid for this wine. Oak is there, but under sweet spice, melting into the wine. Some light sandlewood notes. Anywhere from Orange citrus to tropical fruits.
