Sunday, December 28, 2014 - Stunning wine. Big, powerful, long, but also very well balanced and very drinkable now. Smoke,bacon, tar, all classic Mouline Charcteristics. Served with simple meal of Jimmy P's bacon/cheddar Kobe burgers and a bean mix prepared with bacon. Classic match!
