Thursday, November 6, 2014 - Deep purple color. Beautiful nose of red and black fruits, minerality and hints of smoke, bacon and oak.
Powerful tanins and acidity, lots of fruit (cherries, rum pot), slate. Medium+ finish.
Still very young, has lots of years ahead.
