Friday, March 9, 2012 - Bordeaux First Growth Trip; 3/7/2012-3/9/2012 (Bordeaux): The first wine brought out by Remy Edange and a barrel sample from the 2010 elevage. It has a slightly green tinge and is still cloudy as it has not yet been fined - they'll do that later in the year with clay.
A nose of honey and stone fruits, matched on the palate with characteristic high acidity that makes this work so well. Great minerality. The finish is very long. A buy.
