Wednesday, January 23, 2013 - 2010 Bordeaux UGC Chicago (The Drake Hotel, Chicago IL): Nose: There is real depth that strikes you right off the bat. Supporting that depth ate gorgeous tones of citrus, white fruits, creams, along with loads of minerals and crushed rocks.

Taste: Medium bodies with medium+ acidity and classy tones of citrus, pears, creams, crushed rocks and some nutty tones on the backend.

Overall: This is a real quality young Bordeaux blanc. There is room to improve as well if some time is given to it.
