Monday, September 19, 2011 - 15.5% ABV. More or less opaque in the glass. Similar to the 2007 vintage but a bit more primary and fruit forward at this point. Aromas of cedar and mocha on the nose. Medium full bodied with ripe black currant and fairly large-scaled Cab flavors. Some tannin midpalate on. Pretty good.
