Friday, October 14, 2011 - Young wine that will get better. A bit harsh on open but settles down after hour or so plus decanting. Vanilla and fresh fruit are very evident. Also fairly strong oak - more than I'd like, made me think of smelling inside of a new oak barrel. Long finish and a beautiful wine at this price. More time will be a virtue here.
