Friday, December 25, 2015 - PNP - no need to decant this. Aromas of dark berries and a hint of cocoa. Taste follows suit. Berry, black currant, cocoa and ending with tobacco. Little air time did not seem to do much for a wine that's singing a perfect tune at the moment. Paired with Spanish rub strip with an aged sherry vinegar sauce (courtesy Bobby Flay). Nice ending.
