Friday, June 27, 2014 - HDH auction tasting at Tru; 6/27/2014-6/28/2014 (Chicago, IL): I love the aromatics on this. Slightly spicy, meaty, and a good dose of red fruit. The palate has some ripe fruit and black pepper but a good wallop of acidity. This is in a very good spot right now.
