Thursday, December 31, 2015 - this note is from a well stored one owner bottle. paired with a tardieu-laurent CR of the same vintage. Still 5 (or 10) years away from peak, but beautiful to drink. The hermitage was awesome, it was tightly furled with blasts of cherry and super clean black fruit. but what I could not get away from was the underlying granite that gave the structure along with the texture - pure silk. Was like sucking on the Canadian Shield. This will be an epic bottle someday, the others voted for the CR, which was more mature, tonight.
