Thursday, October 31, 2013 - Consumed over 3 nights. Medium red clear colour, nose of cranberry, red cherry and chalk dust. Palate of sour cherry, underripe plum and green peppers. Medium bodied - tight, tannic finish with moderate acidity. A little difficult right now - I suspect it will mellow somewhat over 2-3 years in the bottle, but not a long keeper I think. Good quaffer though.
