Tuesday, January 26, 2016 - Fairly shy at first, this took a while to wake up in the decanter. Even then - on it's own - it remained quiet and a little soft with melon, citrus and tropical fruits. Paired with Moroccan spiced halibut, however, this was the perfect thing. That softness allowed it to spread out a bit and support the food, becoming rounder and fuller as the two played off each other. Tasty.
