Wednesday, December 17, 2014 - I enjoyed this very much. This is the 2nd time I've had the TC counoise. On it's own counoise has some appeal but I can see why it is simply one component of a CDP blend. I think this variety adds some of the 'Burgundian' spice noted by many - I certainly noticed it in the wine tonight. However, besides being a bit rustic its profile will never be mistaken for Pinot Noir! This was enjoyed with bean and chard soup and spicy pork meatballs. Very Good.
