Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Our first taste. No flaws. Golden Yellow color. No significant rim variation. No sediment. Burgundian nose and aromas. Very European. No tannin. Low acid. Medium alcohol and finish. Paired perfectly with Tom Yum-Style Shrimp and Noodles. Ready to drink. Still easily within its drinking window.
