Thursday, February 28, 2013 - UGCB 2010 HK, waited 20 minutes in glass: Strong floral scents with a very nice black cherry colour, complex! Oaky, hints of mint, harmonius with a strong tannin in a decent finish. I don't drink much Pichon Lalande, but this owns the hallmark of a very classy paulliac. Stood out from the rest of the paulliac appellation at this tasting.

This beats the 2008/2009 I had 2 months earlier.
