Sunday, April 24, 2011 - I am not a new world chard fan - too much oak. I prefer a style of a classic white burgundy or a Chablis. This performed well and would be better if left to age and mellow.

Golden straw in color. Nose of granny smiths, limes and honey suckle. Rich crisp apple and pear notes with a subdued apricot and cedar vanilla notes with very limited minerality. Medium finish.
