Friday, December 18, 2015 - Took about 30min in the glass to open up. Drank as a sipping wine, and wasn't dissapointed. Nose was balanced with a traditional Cab Sauvignon or Bordeaux aroma. Not overly fruit forward, with oak and good tannins. Solid wine.
