Community Tasting Note

Saturday, February 7, 2015 - Perfect cork and fill. Decanted for sediment prior to service. Similar to my other tasting notes on this wine, but this bottle showed more red than black fruit. Though mature, there's still enough primary fruit to have carried this bottle at least another 5-10 years. Held up all night, but didn't improve with the air. Beautiful wine.
