Monday, June 8, 2015 - Landed 1987, bottled (by Tanners?) 2002. The citrus backbone in the cognac showed the elegance of this Hine. A touch dry, hints of small flowers in the bouquet and an aftertaste with a very good balance.
With some days of aeration this cognac can gain a point more.
Thanks to Frans de Beer and his Adriana this cognac was the best example to end a very nice dinner and evening.
