Saturday, June 16, 2012 - Taste at Cut. Gorgeous showing. Really has some nice youthful qualities as a whole. Great plump cassis, a smoky meaty quality.
Cotton candy and smooth milk chocolate. A finesse driven feminine styled wine. Love the Backus vineyard wines. Great 100% Cab alternative to Insignia.
