Thursday, May 3, 2012 - Ruby with a tinge of purple, pale. On the nose currant, rose, dried herbs, meat, and Nicoise olive. In the mouth, great balance but less fruit and more of that Nicoise olive felt in the upper back of the mouth/throat. More meat and game. Long finish. Love this wine. Give two or three years before trying again.
