Saturday, December 5, 2015 - Allowed the bottle to come to room temperature before opening, no decant. Enjoyed with turquoise lingcod broiled and paired with Jeff's basil-lemon-garlic glaze. Delicious glyceriny and juicy vanilla-tangerine-pear fruit flavors that are completely integrated. Definitely more California than French style (Slightly extracted but in a delicious way.) Would not recommend aging this wine any longer.
