Wednesday, October 26, 2005 - October Austin Wine Tasting (Mirabelle Restaurant): Fresh, lively, citrus, orange blossoms, flowers, pineapple. Almost chablis-like and surprisingly good. Not at all the over the top Central Coast Chard I had feared.
