Saturday, December 15, 2007 - Decanted and allowed to sit for an hour. Very floral nose; kitchen smelled of violets and greenery when decanting. I had a slight cold so my palate was shot, but the missus enjoyed it, questioning longevity simply because it was so drinkable now.
