Community Tasting Note

Thursday, January 10, 2013 - 2010 and 2011 Huet Vouvray Sec (Arlequin Wine Merchant, San Francisco): Pear and honeysuckle. Light but adequate flesh. This is so much purer and focused than the 2011 version with just a hint of terroir overlying the great fruit. Driving back end acidity. Lovely and lots of development ahead.
