Friday, July 13, 2012 - Nose of green apple, honeysuckle, butterscotch, citrus and toasted oak. Apple, tropical fruit, and mild oaky tannins lead to a long finish. A very well made Cali chard, with wonderful fruit and good acidic balance. Paired with shrimp scampi.
