Monday, December 15, 2014 - Not much fruit left. Floral notes on the nose, some light citrus zest on the entry. The Marsanne and Roussanne kick in on the mid-palate, adding roundness to the mouthfeel of the wine.
Some baker's yeast throughout and a touch of white pepper on the finish. Also detected some minerality. Still interesting but on the decline. Started to fall apart after 30 minutes in the glass.
