Friday, February 7, 2014 - Decanted and poured through venturi. Dark ruby; medium bodied. Black cherry and earth on the nose. Black cherry and quince on the palate. Tannins still stout. Medium-long finish. Needs more time. Very good against Arctic char baked with mushrooms and spinach, with wild rice.
