Monday, December 31, 2012 - Had this on New Years eve with some heavy appetizers. Used the vinturi and it was easy to drink right away. Time has certainly lightened this wine as it wasn't a heavy cab at all. Just enough fruit and tannin left to enjoy. This was a mag so may age a little different than normal bottle. Drink up.
