Tuesday, April 10, 2012 - Seriously alive and kicking! The perfumed nose of cherry, pine needle and licorice wafted out of the bottle immediately after the cork was pulled. Fine transparent dark red robe showing very little age for a 15 year old wine. The medium body palate showing tart cherries, leather and anise really opened up after 1/2 hour of air. Tannins are still present but unobtrusive. So glad to have drunk this. My only regret, I didn’t buy more! Insane qpr!
