I agree with Nutty08 on all counts, including this being my favorite vintage. On the nose, elegant Syrah, a hint of smoke nicely balanced against equally weighted sweet perfume. Capped off with a background sense of minerality/iodine. On the palate, balanced and smooth. Perfect weight. Long finish with fine tannins. This is gorgeous! Will be better in 3-4 years. Down to one bottle, need to try to make it last!
