Friday, October 16, 2015 - A little harsh on the pop, but settles down nicely after a couple hours. Lush flavor profile. Big but not heavy. Nicely balanced. I'd like to see how this progresses, but this was my last bottle. Would recommend a decant for current consumption - an hour or two.
