Wednesday, March 20, 2013 - Pretty outstanding - cut flowers and apple on the nose but more like an off-dry cider, adding green grapes and a hint of salt. Ripe pear and tart green apples arrive on the palate finishing with honeysuckle, lemon rind and notes of cream. Disappointing it's our last bottle....
