Monday, December 5, 2011 - Drank with Casey nd Angela. Medium golden. Notes of honey, ginger, lemon tarts, apricots, and tropical fruit life savers. Super nice mouthfeel - coating and rich without being cloying. Tastes of lemon zest, honey, and an almost green apple baked pie thing. The only thing that holds this back from stunning is that the finish was only of medium length. Need to buy more.
