Monday, May 25, 2015 - With ribs and brats -- this was just an exceptional pairing and enjoyable drink. Bold nose of blackberry, spice, herbs and smoke. Fresh and juicy. Medium weight and precisely chiseled. Worked well with the smoked baby backs and beer brats and peppers. Plenty of life ahead, but I'm glad to have consumed my third and final bottle at a peak drinking window.
