Tuesday, October 30, 2012 - UCGB tasting Bordeaux 2010 (Brussels): A lot of toasted oak in the bouquet. Minerals as well. Same on the palate. Firm amount of sweetness balanced by good acidity. In this stage the oak is overwhelming. I hope it will integrate nicely. No score for today.
