Wednesday, February 29, 2012 - This does not quite work for me. It is over-extracted, over-oaked, over-ripe, and a bit artificial in taste. It does, however, have somewhat pleasant aromas of black pepper, chocolate, and vegetables, but everything is over the top for my taste. It is much better on the 2nd day, though.
