Thursday, February 5, 2015 - Opened at Christmas preserved with gas, finally finishing it in February. Utterly supple, liquid velvet. A Port that transports you to another place, another time. Dollops of licorice and cherry cream, lingering on the palate without end. Complex and changing as it evolves in the mouth. Superb.
