Friday, April 20, 2012 - Deep ruby with hint of garnet on rim. Intense nose with Bordeaux-style aromas henced with a bit of jammyness and ripe fruits. You don't really notice any big matured aromas or flavours even though this is 17 years old - pretty fresh fellow and will stay at it's peak for a couple of years. Great stuff with entrecote.
