Tuesday, March 24, 2015 - Corked. A huge shame too because there was undeniable quality suppressed by wet cardboard.

I've had varying efficacy with this approach (tried it 2 or 3 times)—once it nearly completely turned the wine around (mildly corked to begin with), but generally it reduces the effect, while still leaving a little mustiness. Still, it's easy enough to do, and when the alternatives are pitch it or drink it funky, why not give it a shot? Good luck.
