Wednesday, January 20, 2010 - Slow oxed for 3 hrs. Muted at first. Opened up quickly after pour. No bricking. Red fruits, salinity, soy on nose. Vibrant, nice red fruit, avg complexity, salivating,matched smoked ham risotto. Day 2, evolved towards darker fruit,gained some weight but still nice acidity and no sign of deterioration. Drinking well but just getting into secondary notes. Well worth price. See that Pitures is close to Pommard - need to try some of those soon to compare.
