Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Some sulphur on the nose that quickly blew over, to notes of ripe pineapples, nectarines. At this juncture, it's a tad (too) sweet and cloying for my taste, unfortunately, although there's ample expressions of fruits and minerality throughout.

    12/31/2014 8:46:00 PM - I don't really have an affinity for sweet wines, so in this particular instance, while there's a good dose of acidity, I still felt that the "overall package" came across as too sweet for my palate. These days, with global warming, it seems (or rather, tastes) like the Pradikat level is always one-higher than what's on the label. Think I'll need to buy more Kabinetts going forward...
