Wednesday, April 4, 2012 - P&P. Shy nose of yeast, citrus, and a nice grassy-herby quality. Rich and intense in the mouth with a vibrant midpalate of seaspray, fennel, and that wonderful wild grassiness. As the immense dry extract settles and coats the tongue, a bitter almond finish takes over.
