Thursday, May 31, 2012 - Vibrant dark fruit,vanilla and liquorice on the nose. Medium bodied, supple and smooth, showing dark fruit, liquorice and hints of vanilla.Gentle and firm tannins with soft acidic structure. This is a balanced and elegant blend of CS and shiraz with very good QPR. A great quaffer.
